Kitchen Fundamentals – All About Eggs

Believe it or not, egg cookery is one of the toughest skills to master in the kitchen!  This hands-on session will offer you a chance to poach, fry, bake and soufflé eggs…it’s seriously fun!  We will discuss the composition of an egg and compare eggs from my free-range chickens to conventional store eggs.  This little marvel is the workhorse of the culinary world…come be amazed what you can do with one!
