Ever wonder how to make flavorful sauces to compliment your home creations? Professional chefs have an arsenal of sauce-making knowledge which you will begin to master in this Fundamentals Series course. Classical mother sauces, contemporary and pureed sauces will be demonstrated and then prepared by the participants, which will be served with complimenting dishes to really experience each sauce. Sauces will include Mornay, Hollandaise, Picatta, and Raspberry Couli.
