By popular request we will stew, sauté and steam fruits of the sea by stewing an array of the freshest catch for Cioppino, sautéing trout in the style of the ‘miller’s wife’, and steaming salmon in paper…just like professional chefs!  Come begin to demystify the preparation of fish at home…it is sure to be informative and delicious and be one of many seafood classes to come!
